If you didn't participate in the CORE and haven't withdrawn CORE from the Satoshi App before, you probably haven't set an asset password before. Go to me on the Satoshi App, click the personal and select the asset password to set it. Try this out Option 1: Try again later say around 9am or 10am Option 2: Sign out from your Satoshi App - Download Satoshi App on another phone (any smartphone) and login to your Satoshi account then link your OEX withdrawal address and complete your face verification. You can use your friend's phone and logout from the phone when you are done.
