Lobo was intended to be a throw away villain for Omega Men debuting in he 3rd issue of the 1983 run. After Infinite Crisis Lobo was reimagined in Justice League International #18 to become a parody of the violent period in comics. He evolved into what we know him as today in the late 80's and early 90's and for a brief period stood shoulder to shoulder with the Justice League members in terms of popularity.
Since it's an old release, I usually look through the boxes at my local comic shops each time they add more inventory. It's important to keep up to date of how often the shops do that 'cause you'll never know what you'll find sometimes. For online, Amazon and Barnes & Noble are sometimes overpriced by their marketplace but there are ones like MyComicShop which is a decent place for buy, sell, trade. Good luck!
Super nice collection
I’d buy those

He originally appeared in omega men #3
I’ve read “lobo portrait of a bastich” and I loved it, I really want to read “unbound” what you think?
Me too! I've been meaning to get the Unbound set for a long time, but haven't got around to it yet. I really like the artwork for it though!
Roth Sothy what’s the best way to collect it?
