Use these pulleys on a redrive for my Ultralight powered by a Chinese V-Twin ATV motor, how do you set depth of profile so it engages accurately with the multi-V belt?
The belts are actually designed to run on the tapered sides of the V rather than fully engaging / bottoming out which is why belt groves aren't to a point /¯\_/¯\_/¯\_/¯\_/¯\ so a specific depth isn't a requirement. I think I just (by eye) copied an existing pulley I had.

Yes I used an angle finder and ground the tool to the angle I needed and checked it against the original pulley

@@AndyPonting See what you mean; spacing counts but depth not as critical, just need to ensure they don't bottom
