SimulScrub

A Max for Live device that plays a number of slices of an audio file simultaneously, giving you control over which slices are audible. Control a virtual microphone position and pickup pattern width. Choose 1 to 32 slices.
Lots of creative time traveling options here, with spoken word, music compositions (classical anyone?!), or ambiences (i.e. constructing specific loops of ambience events while perfectly preserving the forward motion of time).
