So happy your doing better. I to am hooked on impossible burgers, i buy the ground meat and make my own, around 4 small ones. Love your lettuce wrap idea. Air fry about 10 minutes. Yummy.

I think it totally could have been that! I have been eating bananas daily since! Luckily I haven't had it happen in years but man oh man, the worst right?! lol And then the next day you feel like at any time it's going to do it again lol!
@@KimberlyFlanagan there are MANY veggies and fruits higher in potassium than bananas....just saying! Avocado...spinach....potatoes are higher than bananas!
