So powerful.. Crying so hard right now and feeling the raw emotions they show. I'm from Greenland. We don't even have traditions anymore.. More "shows" than honor and practice.. 😓
❤ Bringing bck momentum times of our brothers. Late CURTIS and FERLIN ASSINIBOINE. I am honored to have heard these boys sing with pride and precious times together as the ASSINIBOINE JR. ALSO KNOWN AS HORSE TAIL.
I'm not lakota but I grew up around Cheyenne river people and I love the way they speak their language is beautiful and I think the words are Cante Ohitika winyan weksuye mniconju waci winyan heca yelo tunkasila wana ikik cu welo
Mahalo for sharing your story with us. Great song and vib! The women back-up singers were awesome!! Love to hear the power and price in their strong voices. The most I have ever seen with one group, chicken-skin!!Mahalo!
Amazing song that touches your heart. I would love to see you post a Flag song by them. I could listen to that over and over when me and my son were driving. All the love and respect for you guys 🛷🛷🛷🛷🛷
I have to comment as I am looking to be more educated on the indigenous peoples of their country...yes, I call it their country because well, it is isn't it??? I grew up in the 60's and 70's so you can only guess what I would've been exposed to on TV at that time! I will be 65 in a month and have a real yearning to learn! Are there any books that I can get to read and give me REAL information because I don't think that schools give anything real these days..any help you could provide would be most welcome. I should also mention, I am on a fixed income so I can't afford anything too expensive! Have a great day and I am enjoying these vids!
Feels good all over the heart n body -- aho . Honor .. What our People and all our relations are made of .. Get back to the Circle my people - Keep the Cirlce Strong .. aho aho aho It's good to be Anishinaabe!
Garrett HD Begay thank you, I appreciate it. I understand, but love the song. Thank you again for sharing. It brings me to tears. RIP to my grandma and grandpa💙💙💙
@@d3athsquad843 it was an honor song for a family member. It’s a given & appropriate that the chosen speaker or MC relay the message of why they’re honoring their loved one. It’s their time
