frosts dmg is a bit overtuned in PVP tbh. I mean with IV up your frostbolts hit for 20k every cast its kinda dumb lol. But touching it without touching locks would make zero sense.

Don’t need radiant spark to do that damage as frost mage. Xar has bad takes and just wants them to be extremely overtuned.

-zero utility other than slows which are irrelevant without the dmg to make melee run away & amount of mobility/freedoms shadowlands melee have
-main dmg source is hardcasted frostbolt
Spec either needs a redesign so it isnt just a frostbolt slowing turret or high damage bc without dmg its awful
