Think this was filmed in Spain. L7 did a set around 1999-2000 before they broke up in front of a Radio 3 audience and they were dead too. If you can't rock out to L7 live then you are hopeless. Maybe something is lost in translation with the Spanish audience.

I guess my brain could only retain one image of the concert and it chose wrong. Another fun personal antidote; I also went to see Bright Eyes that year. I was a HUGE fan. But he was a total dick. He never looked down at the crowd during the whole show and he told people not to sing along! And when we did anyway he started changing the lyrics so we couldn't. Sometimes it's better to never even be in the same room as your heroes.
