  • If your soda stream is relieving pressure from system before bottle is fully carbonated then the spring in relief valve has backed off and needs to be tightened up.
‪@sodastream‬ your commercials are insincere if people are throwing out your equipment after 6 months. Any quality assurance tests would have seen this so this leaves only one answer. It's on purpose.

Thanks!. After watching your video I realized I could just adjust the valve by turning the red part with some pliers, no need to remove it from the machine.

In your earlier video, wasn't the black valve the pressure relief?
That being said, it was definitely the red side that was spewing water for me. I ended up throwing a small screw in there with the spring, essentially disabling the whole feature.
I remember adding glue to the black side a while back for a similar issue, don't recall exactly why, or what the specific differences are between the two valves, but I can now pressurize my bottles without any leakage.
Didn't need to disassemble the entire machine, though. Only had to remove the top front assembly.

You really need a better screw driver LOL However, thanks for the video, mine was leaking pressure too early as well.

That white part snapped in 1/2 on my machine. Sodastream sucks.

The housing that is supposed to come out , that holds the spring broke on me. Every thing is extremely tight. using heat is the only way to get it unturned

@@autobike1 they are junk machines. I have a new machine and it is so much better, Simpler, and bottles are much better. Mine was leaking from day one. Poor quality build
