Good video. Both of your boots are considered modern boots. Rubber soles, padded insoles, composite counters, etc…. A traditionally made boot has a leather sole and is Goodyear welted. Lucchese’s and Black Jack have great traditionally made boots but the cost bumps up.

Ok… I was looking at these boots and was curious about the size! I heard where you said you wear a 7 in these boots. I wear an 8.5 in womens and I have a pair of boots that are 7.5 but they’re a lil big… is this 7 big on you even though you said you wear a 7? I want to get a size 7 but I want to see if you have room still in your 7s! Also, what size do you wear in tennis shoes?

My boots are a little big, but doubling up in regular socks will usually do the trick or just a pair of thick socks. For me, tennis shoes very… depends on the brand. I prefer a 7.5 in most shoes because I like the extra toe space. That’s what I wear in English tall boots.

Thank you I just bought a tin haul boots. I was wondering with your tin haul. I been wearing cowboy boots since I was born and will not wear anything but them. So what I’m asking is I’m ruff on boots and shoes in general. Can they withstand mud and water situations? I bought boots just recently and part of the heel fell off. Which they were corrals. Thank you if you can help me!

Personally, I would recommend muck boots. Tin Hauls are strong… and are very durable. But if you want them to last a long time, use muck boots. That’s what I do. I used to use my Tin Hauls for everything… but it got to be a haste cleaning them every day.

okay but sizing. my normal size is a 9 in most shoes, but do tin hauls run true to size, bigger or smaller? thanks!

Tin hauls do tend to run big. However, I stayed with my size and was glad I did. During the winter months, you can comfortably wear a pair of thick winter socks. I work at a barn, so that’s helped me in the long run.
