I started tai chi to deal with anxiety as a teenager. Somewhere along the way the meds took over and I stopped lol. I should start again though. It's a good way to practise mindfulness and helps keep you physically fit.

I picked up Tai Chi when I was 10 and the instructors were over the moon happy that a child wants to learn it. I received like three blouses with the logo they were so happy.
This man is amazing
I LOVED this! I do shaolin kempo karate which combines a handful of different types of martial arts. So it was wonderful to see the aspects of tai chi in my own forms!
