I was shocked when you got the OEM badges & kidneys. Most of the “youtubers” go for the ugly black badges & kidneys, but finally somebody kept it as original as possible! Love that
@@sumi7366 thanks! I love oem personally and try to steer away from the aftermarket badges and kidney grill.
I love how he changed everything professional and chose the correct parts , thank you man for that clean work
@@Heartlessted thank you!
Very nice job! You deserved more profit.
@@KlemenJereb thank you
Absolutely awesome job, nice content and brilliant choice for the project. I hope you will continue to videos and precisely the ones on bmws :)
@@sametyazc130 thank you! I have a few BMW coming to the channel. Stay tuned.
Get a hold off the owner, talk with him and make him an offer. Surely you will get it off his hands and then the party can get started 👍
@@thomasbacker8162 that would be interesting but I’m sure he is enjoying it.
I love this content thank you !
@@JhoanCastano thank you!
This is insane! Good job man I love these types of videos as I have an old e46 from the same era as this gem. New sub for sure 💯
@@marinoelcapo7666 awesome glad to hear. I have a few E46 content coming soon. Thanks for the comment!
Subscriber number 186😊 just for e39 video's❤
@@ChrisParker30 thank you, I appreciate the feedback!!
FIRE!!! Good work!
@@rickym1485 thank you!
Vic - really enjoyed the video. Thanks for sharing.
Two thoughts - did you clean the hubs before mounting the new discs ? If not, you might end up with brake judder again, as the discs may not sit flat on the hub. I would also invest in a torque wrench to avoid overtightening 😉
@@broomad thanks for checking out the video.
Yes the hubs were cleaned before installing the disc along with a little anti-seize lubricant. I regularly use my torque wrench but could agree to use it on every bolt.
Great car, love e39ns and must be fun owning a m5 version off them. But personaly, it would be better Off with getting new tint from b pillar and back to make it look more sportier and mote modern/ up to date and prevents people to could be able to look at you from all sides, but also new facelift hella headlights cause much better complete look off the car and better light vision at night 👍 other then that it came put pretty good💯
@@thomasbacker8162 I agree with you. Since the car is a 2000 I wanted to leave it original as it came.
E39 is the Dream m5
@@pipolebnene it sure is!!
Niceeee
@@melissaarroliga3224 thanks!
Nice job! Why not paint or restore the wiper arms or covers? The rusty lug nuts were bad too...
@@Stricklinator thank you, they were over looked items.
I feel like it sold a little on the cheap side. I think it should have fetched at least 25k
@@alfyer5 I feel the same way but unfortunately at the time I was selling the car, the market was softer and it was right over a month posted for sale.
hey man. if u need a crew someday. dont forget me. HAHAHA. ( watching from philippines
@@briantampus9536 awesomeness, we will keep in touch, you never know HAHAHA thanks!
@@vicfixit3504 content is great! i watched them all. keep up the good work boss.
@@briantampus9536 thank you very much!!
Thank you
Hey, I got to do a little bit more on my M5 2002, would you please send me information where you bought the parts plz ?
@@Ernesto-xb5ms sure thing, by the end of day I’ll have a list of the parts and website links posted where to find the parts.

5W40 in an S62 engine? 😬
@@christophpichler5175 E39 M5 that were made prior to 03/2000 are to use 10W-60 TSW Oil. Cars that were made after 03/2000 started to use 5W-30. My vehicle is a 05/2000 but I felt 5W-30 is just to thin. After reading a lot on the subject on M5 forums, the majority of E39 M5 owners from that production range use Liqui Moly 5W-40. It’s a bit confusing and concerning subject as to why this was done from BMW. I hear you loud and clear. Thanks for your comment.
@@vicfixit3504 thanks for the answer. Great work and video!
@@christophpichler5175 thank you!
18500 s a fantastic deal for a car that doesn't need anything for a few years except oil, gas and maybe a couple filters. where are you located /?? and do you work on other people's cars.
@@wozmac771 It was a great deal! I’m located in south Florida and unfortunately I work only on my vehicles since I barely have time for them.
@@vicfixit3504 Best wishes! How do I send messages privately. If I have any project, will ask for advice.
@@wozmac771 sure thing, email me, vicfixitz@gmail.com
@@vicfixit3504 thx
Bastante bien pero eso de montar los discos de freno sin limpiar el buje me parece una chapuza
@@victorprietoiglesias2846 son muchas horas de video, no todo es grabado. Gracias por su comentario.
The steering wheel is on the wrong side!
