      @kalam needs straight pillar height approx 15-25meter and land acquisition say 500kms..... So first let mumbai ahmedabad b built as most if the gujratis r workers who travel to Mumbai hahahaha actually it needs to build for that section which needs to travel.... Not for politicians who use travel on govt cost Nd the ones w beurocrats class ie getting paid wo working class nd banya class who just increase the cost of materials 5 times that's the present situation so let's c what comes of it.. If ur dokala fan u can take bullet train by 2026 hopefully 🌹🌹🌹🙊 it would have been better to connect nagpur to Mumbai first as it wd have reduced 17 hrs travel to under 4hrs with 2hrs each runs and connected east-west of India or Delhi-Mumbai or Patna-Delhi first as max population wd have been catered to

    What I like most about Shudhanshu Ji is his critisising nature and pointing government directly.

      @@ManiSudhanshu Aap ko bahut shubh kaamnaaye Sudhanshu ji. I can tell you are a patriot of the first order and want India to gain true design knowledge as well as manufacturing capacity. Criticism and questioning of the current administrators from someone like you with vast experience is always welcome. You raise so many valid questions about why certain tenders for certain quantities have been raised or why certain parts are still imported etc. I wish there were decision makers or our railway minister answering these questions. At the very least one is curious to know why fencing and track upgradation is going at a slow pace given the projected number of vande bharat trains. I hope you come on this channel often to give us an update of what is going well and not so well with the Railways from time to time.

      ​@@ManiSudhanshuNow❤ atleast if v can, as 180kmph webtac brakes have been tested on new vande nd if found useful, can they b put on every train along with anti collision if it works to stop trains at least possible time nd if double brakes or automatic brakes w laser guided track obstruction is detected if trains can braked to min possible speed it has advantages.. So automatically braking signal braking with kavach Nd Ai enabled or control room enabled in case of emergencies it is a must to implement

    0) Sections of WDFC/EDFC are running freight trains as of now. Land acquisition is almost done. Other than one critical stretch in EDFC with extensive tunneling there should be not be much delay. So contract mgmt might be major issue as suggested.
    1) JVs with MSME supply-chain seems to be the future both for growing manufacturing ecosystem with incoming tech, investment and scaling. As capacity increases the kind of projects that can be executed will definitely grow multiple times over 5-10 years.
    2) About track renewal there's a question mark as it can't be done with a magic wand. Unless there's some other method to get it done parallely without disrupting traffic to reduce time frame.
    Update :
    3) IR going to take help of NHAI crash barrier/barrier tech for stopping cattle accidents by enclosing the tracks.

    There are some updates, i'm sure guest would know that Vande Bharat wheels were coming from Ukraine, but due to war, it was delayed and then Modi government decided that all forged wheels will be made in India. Regarding automatic door, i remember there was 1 company which installed indigeneous door system in one of the metro stations, I'm sure in next 2-3 years we will be creating them
    Kavach is a good system indigeneously made. I agree there are lot of things which needs to be done but i think lots have changed in last 8 years regarding broad guage, double lining and electrification, cleanliness, station redevelopment.

      A forged wheel pant by RINL is ready for commissioning for more than a year with an investment of Rs 2000 crores. Yes, some good work has sure been done but let us not talk of half truths please. 🙏

    Sudanshu mani ji addressed all the valid points this video .he is exact to the point .if average speed is under 80 train is a waste we just do not want to enjoy luxury but we want journey time cut down .first upgrade tracks and fence the tracks .

      Track up gradation is happening very fast since last 10 years prev there was not even railway crossings and electrification and even proper cleanliness all railway crossing got upgraded and electrification of treks done and now all trains have bio toilet before few years it was just a dream now we r talking about speed . speed can't be achieved in day. And vande bharat is not only about speed..

      IAS bureaucracy is like an immovable object, no single person however skilled or enthusiastic, cannot change the system. The sole objective of that mafia is to hold control of everything, earn millions in corruption and do minimal work all while maintaining "elite" stature in the society.

    This was lots of fun listening to candid talk between you and Mr.Mani. Belonging to Railway Engineering I really enjoyed this talk.
    I personally feel Logistics policy implemented well will revolutionize all moods of Transport including railway. Railway just needs to work fast n hard to be ready when the benifits of the logictics policy starts coming after the policy becomes set on ground. All of us staff who work hard to bring change is nullified time to time by rigid ministry, Board, Officer mentality and lack of coordination, constantly changing direction and not valueing the valuable staff. It's depressing. I see change of mindset in myself too before joining and now after 10yrs of service. It happens sadly. But then those who only know to work hard and serve the nation will keep doing so no matter the shortcomings of the system 🙏🏻
      I really appreciate relentless work of all those service staff with managers like you overlooking and trying my best to immitate the same 🙏🏻😌

ICF makes 220 coaches which can b scaled up to 240 or 280 a month and mint 70-75 memus that runs 160kmph in a month and distribute 12 each to run 50 kms both sides or 360 degrees of a cities ie every 10min frequency solves all the problems ie if 12 memus r distributed to run 6 runs every hr to n fo 50 to 60 kms in 1 hr solves all the present probs in cities esp w feeder bus service 2stns covering a radius of 10-20kms frm the stn nd major stops curtailed to 50kms making trains faster and easier for longer routes nd memus for under 50 kms travel as available every 10min.. Railways adopts 6 cities each mth providing 12x6 72 Memus ie in a yr 60 cities have risen to new levels of travel.. Or railways ensures 60 new metro city creation... So start creating with the power u have ❤❤❤ if v had the power I wd do it Tom.... Make a new Tom today... Railways 2Adopt 6 cities nd create 6new metro cities acroos the nation each month, 😂❤with rcf, mcf taking care of the rest of the products

    From the time conversation started, first thing to appreciate is the vocal quality of Shree Sudhanshu Mani which compelled to listen entire video. Inspite of such a great achievement nowhere does he mentions it with to much pride. He probably has certain reservations on planning and has right to express as a experience super top boss.       Train 18 was made by the experts of ICF, not the government, so all the credit should go to them.
      Firstly they criticized the project_ now they are claiming credit for it .
      Don't be brainwashed by political messages, see the truth within.

      @@sanjoybhattacharya7476 both the Givg and Rly board were peeved ICF made almost on their. They could not claim any thing. They stopped it for two years. When Train 18 went viral modi the publicity hAwk swooped for neat. Any thing and every thing for election stunt.

      Any Upgradation costs money, which needs to have a return, thus raising train fares.
      It's okay to upgrade tracks on major routes, where there is sufficient demand & traffic to support the huge expenditure, but not for all routes.

    ANY TRANSITION TAKES TIME ELECTRIFICATION IS GOOD OPTION. IN ANY CASE 100% IS NOT THERE N WE WILL NEED SOME BACKUP. WE MAY CONVERT THEM TO MIXED OR DUAL MODE

    Considering how trains were 30 years ago we can justifiably be proud of the achievements in 10 years. Thinking small will not get you far. Our engineers can learn fast and can not be dismissive about the possibility. Underestimating the skill is pessimistic. We do not have to reinvent the wheel.

    aisa kar do vaisa kar do , are Bhai you coming from system know how difficult its to change things , Mani looks bit Frustrated his earlier interview was Good but this one is more about nit picking, BTW one suggestion pls try to include Pictures & Statistics also of things like when talking about accident picture of train , audio / visual Qs .       @@ManiSudhanshu more essential to have audit for sectional speeds... A section can determined 2b 400kms and inusive of stops b upgraded 2 avg 4hrs runs irrespective of no of stops... What trains or trainsets used r irrelevant... First to 80kmph avg ie 5hrs then towards 100kmph reach in eaxh state... Before anything else is attempted... Trainsets r available locos r available... 2...capacity augmentation ie more passengers per day runs / long loops wn passenger availability is below capacity, 3....rake utilization shd b optimised to 18-20hrs in 24hr runs.. Ie 4 hrs max allocated to maintenance nothing more per rake 4.....communication devices installed w control room, track, maintenance,Sm, forward Loco n one behind in real time operating Navi n real time area n track knowledge via navi software 4lp
