I didn't understand the first question, but if you are stuck in some ones house you can simply transfer out. For this you have to exit the game to go to the games' home page and then server option, there you will see many servers to transfer your items to or connect to. Make sure to remember you home server 👍💙
without the old system of transferring objects from one server to another, it is too risky to bring objects for sale, too risky to take the proceeds of sales. this is why shops and players are disappearing
