Great song! Really enjoying this album so far. We caught the show in tampa last time around. If you ever get the chance to see Lydia live you will not be disappointed by this.

i found this album recently by complete chance; and the whole project, and especially this song, has completely changed me. the lyrics transcend trends or silly timely patterns, and have helped me through so much at the perfect time in my life. this song will follow me for a very very long time. i can guarantee I’ll never forget how i felt or where i was when i first heard it. thank you so much for this song and album.

Right!?!? To be honest, I was very underwhelmed when I first listened to the album. I was so disappointed after anxiously awaiting this new material from one of my two favorite artists. Since the other is on “hiatus” for the foreseeable future and Lydia was 4 years deep between albums, I had began to lose hope. Well, I was mistaken. This album is such a beautiful snapshot of a time in someone’s life. Lydias life! But mine as well. Of loss and sadness, and change. When everything is different and you’re now an actual adult but you don’t feel like it so it’s all just sort of strange. That’s what I get out of it at least. I always loved wringer but this song has became my absolute favorite! So hauntingly sad yet with a dash of hope or at least of chance. My fav line ever, “I don’t want to live in this world anymore, but death is not the thing I’m looking for”. Unbelievable! Taken straight from my head.
