Can you share your gym Self care routines ? You guys are goergous
That’s so sweet! Thank you so much 🤍 sure, we do a mixture of weight lifting (4 days a week) with a split that looks like this: day 1 Back & Bi’s, day 2 chest & tri’s, day 3 Legs, day 4 Shoulders & abs. Then we also like to include a mix of different types of workouts lately such as hiking, yoga, Pilates or even Jiu Jitsu! Don’t let this overwhelm you at all, it sounds like a lot, but we definitely fall off of it some weeks and do alot less. Listen to your body always, and just focus on doing what feels good for YOU. Any level of fitness is better than nothing, and you’ll find results at whatever pace you wish ❤️

Okay, for the Philippines, definitely stay at BGC Manila. Wildflour cafe, Arabica, Toby's Estate, etc. Ayala Museum. Salcedo Saturday Market. Greenbelt. High Street. Visit and do a tour of Intramuros and the oldest Chinatown in the world. Make your way into Antipolo at the Pinto Art Museum. Burrow Cafe. Then take a bus to Baguio (take the first class lie flat bus). That mountain town is an arts village & coffee growing region. Visit the arts galleries and cafes. Do a stopover in the UNESCO town of Vigan and soak up the sun in the surf town of San Juan, La Union. Then go back to Manila for a flight to Siargao, Boracay, El Nico, and/or Coron. Enjoy the Philippines! I'll be waiting for that vlog. (Oh yeah, the longer you stay in the Philippines, the more subscribers you will get. Crazy but it's the social media capital of the world. Watch your subscribers hit 500k in no time!! You guys better buy me a beer when you come to Vegas.)
