Teer 4 experience is not eligible for points under express entry as far as i can see because only 0,1,2,3 teers are eligible. But check with some immigration consultants for clarification.
Check your duties letter if it comes under TEER 13100 you will be eligible for 50 points in CRS points calculator and Canadian experience points after 1 year of education. It’s beneficial just make sure have your plan ready for PR. Try yo give IELTS general in India. If you can score good enough bands to touch 500 points mark you’ll be able to get PR in 1-2 years
