In today’s video I’m going to take you thrifting into the Salvation Army. I will show you some fun and interesting things I saw while thrifting as well as a small haul at the end of the video. I hope this video gives you some "Thrifting Inspiration”! :)
There are beautiful, unique and inexpensive second hand treasures just waiting for you. These items can be found at your local goodwill, Salvation Army and other thrift stores in your area. Thrifting can be a challenge but very rewarding and worth the hunt! Some of my favorite things to thrift for are home décor items, name brand clothing, vintage items and anything unique or handmade!

So something must be up with those copper look molds. The exact ones were all over my thrift stores, and I have been seeing the same ones in other people's TWM videos. It's making me think they aren't vintage, like I thought they were. 🤔🤔 There was some fun stuff at this store, I love junking!

I think you bought the wooden basket for $4.99 and at Pier 1 Imports it was $39.95. I love it. The little wooden Elephants for $2.99. Great fines. I also love the little fairy's bell. Oh my goodness! I loved the couch and chairs, and a STEAL! The round side tables, but a little high. The blue carnival glass bowl and the green wicker rolling cart were pretty cool.

Yes Goodwill definitely has better prices overall. This is why I don't come to the salvation army that much. 👍😉 It was fun to check it out though.
I have never seen a pull chopper. I will have to look up some reviews on that just for fun.

It works well, I've already tried it a few times with onions and cucumbers. 👍😁 It cleans up easy too.
I called it on the paints for your daughter and the little box. I didn't realize the bell was actually Tinker bell, and the chopper was a complete surprise. My favorite item was the blue and white glazed pitcher and bowl. I would have checked for cracks and chips and brought that beauty home with me!
I also would have had a hard time leaving that little wicker looking rolling tray organizer.

I really liked the rolling blue basket rack! I would paint it a peach color and use it as a plant stand. I would grab the copper molds too! I guessed the chopper! Great haul for you!

We have a Salvation Army not too far away. I've been there once in the past 10 years to buy a winter coat. I got a great deal on one and they had such a huge selection! Also I went to GW yesterday. The shelves were fully stocked. I think they were because the prices were kind of high and nothing was moving. I love that little wooden box you got! Thanks for sharing.

@@Hannicarose : *hello!!!!* i have no plans for the 4th as my daughter, son-in-law and my granddaughter are on vacation and have some plans for just the 3 of them. my daughter, grand daughter and i shopped a lot yesterday and ate 2 meals together. we hit one Good Will thrift store and i paid for their purchases: they each found 2 clothing articles which fit them perfectly when they got to their hotel and modeled them. i was 100% pooped out, and my legs were cramping from all of the walking, and probably from dehydration as it was a *hot* day! *have a lovely holiday, my friend!*

The basket at 2:44 is actually a tortillero, its a tortilla basket used in mexico. The top is made of dyed corn husks.
