Really enjoyed that. Makes you appreciate how capable bikes are when they are ridden well off road. Looks like you had a brilliant day out, thanks for taking the time to share. Looking forward to the next edition. Already looking forward to the Vstrom video. Thanks again both. Keep up the great work and the great channel.
I remember a little while ago when Kate tried some greenlaning but ended up on a dry narrow creek bed staircase, going down. She called you up on the phone to rescue her!! And you helped her gain some confidence while talking her through it!! And how glad she is that YOU are testing the Trans-Alp on these two rides. You do make it look simple with your strength and confidence in a bike you are riding second time!! It certainly can handle the rough farm roads!! "I am getting a little sweaty!!" haha! Well done and thanks for sharing it on the video and for keeping the Channel going while Kate is unwell. Get better soon Kate!! - Missing your pub lunches...!!
Time trials between gates. Bump gates are fun but not sure about going through on a motorcycle. Thanks for filling in Mike & Kate I hope you doing much better. Your being asked about Pubs on D's channel was a good question. Take care 'n stay dry.
Cracking vid. I have no off-road experience on a bike but that did surprise me as I've only ever seen Transalp's and other adventurer bikes on the road, loaded up for touring. It looked dam good fun too!
The bike looked at home on those tracks, so tempted to get one to replace my commuter to use for some of this riding as well. Great lane with some great views
Nearly missed this as it's not marked Part 2. And I was not up to watching the same video again. But thank goodness I took a second look anyway. Mike is stealing your show Kate with his off roading skills and unique banter. Was good to you see you with Deimante in her last upload... never thought that would happen, a video with my two most favorite Bike content creators together!
Nice one Mike, that riding brings back some fond memories of a byway blat. You mentioned a Dominator, was that the old NX650 Honda Dominator with the radial 4 valve head if so I had one of the MK1 bikes when they still had the kick start as well as the start button in the late 80's. Back in the day for macho reasons alone I'd start mine from kick..... when it was warm. My regret was that I never took my NX650 off road though, my KMX200 had that fun. Many thanks for sharing and get well soon Kate, we'll still be here when you are ready but take the time that you need.
Great vid again mike. Love your enthusiastic commentaries. Watched kate and Bruce blog last night, The full 3hrs plus 😂 loving your channel guys. Keep it up.
Yes, I know what you'gonna say... it was marked Part 2, but the Title was so long, it didn't show on my screen. And, I meant his gab, not banter. Good video and absolutly fantastic countryside, difficult to see why you rave about the Canaries so much!
Exploring the area I sailed past the signs that say not for motorised vehicles and that stuff and got in to the last farmyard before the trail goes up in to the hills , then turned round there thinking this is a no go , this was my first proper ride out on a recent bike and still feeling it out , I should have just carried on , now i aim to go back.
Good coz I’ve just bought one .Low miler private very good price. I’ve got a cb500x as well and that is a surprisingly capable bike with better tyres on .
Looks like you had a fantastic ride on such an exhilarating trail 🙂 Would love to have a go at Salter Fell on my electric unicycle since it looks like it has everything an off road rider would want. Thank you very much for sharing your adventure and I look forward to the next one 👍
Nice one Mike/Kate 👍. It's really nice to see someone 'trail ' riding who actually knows what they are doing, instead of tottering along at 5mph and, crapping themselves 😅. Oh yeah, I hope Kate is improving 🤞.
Those tassels really suits you sir 😁 quality vlogs Mike 👌 Do you have the address of those lanes you went on also do you recommend anywhere to stay overnight after a day's riding them. 🤙👍
Halfway through listening to you on teapotones podcast, great insight. Mike would definitely teach you a lot if he took you out on these trails…. Get on it! 😊
yesterday ... i tryed the cb500f two cylinder without flexible camshaft adjustment ...honda move not bad , but is this brand so good as yamaha or bmw ?
Don’t suppose you have a GPX file for that ride, been looking for stuff around my area and can’t find anything, and that’s pretty close to me, look a good route
"I'm torn, I wana go fast but I don't wana crash" 😂 So apt, the decisions we have to make 😂
🤣🤣 he's like, it's not my bike 🥲
Mike. Your commentary is so genuine and enjoyable. Kate has trained you well.....
Yes! we need Mike on bikes to! His commentary is great, lots of laughs, and good insight! Keep up the great work!
Great views, wow! Class riding from Mike as well. Fully enjoyed part 2. 👍👍
Mad props to you and Kate and special guest Tommy, great video as always.
Glad to see greenlaning on the channel, with the hooligan known as Mike, giving it some real stick. It proves how capable it is

Thanks Julia! I'll pass it on :)

"I want to go fast. I don't want to crash"
The eternal conundrum.

Kate ought to be happy with that video, Mike. Cheers from the Pacific West Coast of Canada.

It is marked part 2 in the title 😊 my honda videos are going live next week so plenty clips of Deimante riding the Honda to come 😁

Username Mike, what a great ride/review. Totally enjoyed it. Kate's got a winner. Hope she's feeling better .
Mike, who leaves their bud behind? But do respect your gate etiquette and the 750 sounds good 👍

Weather, roads and bananas Steve haha
Kates Gate needs a sticker on it I think!
100% does haha
@@mikepye86No,please don't. It's not your gate and shows a lack respect.
Well Mike you did a good honest review on the Honda, that’s why I love this channel honest reviews. Hope you do some more👍
Boingy is I am sure a legitimate term! 😀
Nice one Mike, some speedy riding there.... and on road tyres too! 😀
Awesome video 👍👍 looked like an absolute blast.

looks like a stunning place to go ride
Nice one Mike/Kate 👍. It's really nice to see someone 'trail ' riding who actually knows what they are doing, instead of tottering along at 5mph and, crapping themselves 😅. Oh yeah, I hope Kate is improving 🤞.
Mike is defo a mud man
"I wanna go fast, but I don't wanna crash" - I need that on a sticker on the bike
Those tassels really suits you sir 😁 quality vlogs Mike 👌 Do you have the address of those lanes you went on also do you recommend anywhere to stay overnight after a day's riding them. 🤙👍
Would have been a lot more fun on 250 dual purpose 😊transalp was impressive
Halfway through listening to you on teapotones podcast, great insight.
Mike would definitely teach you a lot if he took you out on these trails…. Get on it! 😊
great vid have you a postcode for the green lane
The country code is important and then you have a fine horse, if you have not done so, you should.
???? I didn't understand any bit of that 😂

Watch out Kate. Your job is threatened.:) 😁
Haha never threatened, always hyped!
Algo!
