What does + length 6.27cm and ×length 8.42cm says on the report. Kindly help
Is it written as 8.42cm X 6.27cm or are these values written separately. And are you referring to uterus size here?
what as differance between endonmetritis and endometrial hyperplasia.....as findings described in this video are same....
Both endometritis and endometrial hyperplasia can present with a thickened endometrial lining on ultrasound. However, the exact appearance and context (clinical presentation, patient history) will guide the differential diagnosis. While both conditions can cause abnormal uterine bleeding, endometritis often presents with additional signs of inflammation such as fever, pelvic pain, and possibly an abnormal discharge. Endometrial hyperplasia primarily presents with abnormal bleeding patterns.
