Madam,
Will a patent agent do pleading in court of necessary, or will he do pleading in patent office, should he wear a particular attire like black coat..?

No black coat is required. The patent agent only works with the patent office and not the courts. Earlier there was a tribunal in the patent office but now it is removed and the cases directly go to the high court special bench created for IPR cases, Patent Agents do not represent a client in the court unless they are also lawyers and the client as opted for them to represent in court.
