    Is it possible to create a Parallax Effect using the Depth created by Davinci's Relight function ?🤔 I would like to work with as few steps as possible.

      Hello, of course… you can use any depth map. The point is just that you create a depth from a 2D image. Means there are no real 3D Informationen available (scale and distance). So, if you use a technic that doesn’t do a good job, you might get a unrealistic parallax effect. For example, the trees are in the background, but your depth is showing it as it would be in the foreground. You can imagine the results… but I think da Vinci is doing a good job here. Have fun

    thanks for your video. i don't understand , for final result i just have all the image moving and not the background in relation to central subject. do you have an idea ? when i increase scale in displace3d is a little better but but the whole picture keeps moving

      Have you changed the distance of the camera? As further your camera is away from the object (image plane), the more it will move. Might also be that you have animated too much movement on your camera? Have you turned your camera into orthographic view? Normally, if you follow the tutorial 1:1, you should get similar results… I tried it several times and no matter what image I use, it always produces good results…

      @@Axel.Peters thanks 1/i will try to animated more. Is it possible ?
      2/ i can't turn around 3D model by cliking on left on my mouse and move it, is it special command or shortcut ?
      3/ how to be sure the camera is it camera aligned with photo because when i when I move the camera closer, the image moves to one side rather than being zoomed in on the center.

    how do you export this?

    • @Axel.Peters
      @Axel.Peters  5 месяцев назад

      Hello, not sure I understand your question. But at the end it is like a video. Follow the steps:
      1. Select the “Deliver” page by clicking on the rocket ship icon at the bottom of the Resolve interface.
      2. In the Deliver export window, you’ll find various “Render Settings”. Here, you can choose Quick Export options like H.264, RUclips, Vimeo, or Twitter for optimized settings for each platform. If you’re unsure, H.264 is a good general choice.
      3. Enter your video export preferences. This might involve choosing the file format (such as QuickTime or MP4), setting the resolution and frame rate to match your project, and deciding on the codec (like H.264 or H.265).
      4. Give your file a name and choose a save location.
      5. Add your video to the Render Queue and then start the render.

    Can't you do this with the Resolve Depth Map?

    • @Axel.Peters
      @Axel.Peters  9 месяцев назад +1

      Hello, yes you can. But to be honest, quality of DR depth map is not as good and a proper depth pass with correct depth informations are crucial to get something decent. But short answer, yes, would work as well. ☺️

      @@gonzalodijoux5953 all you have to do is to replace the depth image input with the automated resolve depth pass when following my tutorial.
