I just grabbed some packs yesterday at Target, I got 4 hits out of 12 packs. I think the hit rates are super low for a special set. I did get the special Okidogi card though, its sitting at $51 right now, the set is super new so prices will fluctuate a lot still.
Yo, Kurt! Been a minute, bro! Hope you're doing well, man! After watching Rev's vids and Danny's 300 pack rip of this set, I'm not very hopeful of pulling anything spectacular from this set. Pull rates look pretty rough. In my experience, it's been bad since Paradox. For 20 packs, I think you did pretty good! I'm not too hype for this set but I think it's better than people give it credit for. What do you think, now that you've actually ripped some?

I like that reverse holo pattern, much prefer it to the other SV sets. Easier to spot.

That Persian is half the price of Paldeas Magikarp, but its great knowing that Shrouded is a smaller set

Shrouded Fable has some cool cards but I think I’m gonna save my money for Paradise Dragona
I heard the pull rates were awful…. But I got super lucky with the 3 pack I got, got a hit in every one. I legit want the Houndoom and Persian myself.
