Belmond El Encanto Santa Barbara - Chef's garden tour in 4K

Nestled in the hills above Santa Barbara, like the private estates surrounding it, Belmond El Encanto (www.belmond.com/el-encanto-san...) is one of the most beautiful resorts in the world. With the world-class accommodations comes world-class food and some of the ingredients are sourced from the hotel's own chef's garden. Since this is California and we are in a drought, some of the plants are grown aeroponically, using only air and nutrients, no soil and barely any water.
