May Allah grant you good health. I am not a vlogger but an enthusiast traveler with a Pakistani passport. Definitely not an easy job to travel. I (along with some others) visited China prior to Covid-19 on an Invitation from a Chinese university and the funny thing is that we all got visas but the Vice Chancellor of the university got rejected even though he had traveled to China 3 times in the past 2 years and had a visa previously issued just a few months ago along with 10-15 other visas in his Passport. And connections also work. One of the board members was a retired diplomat who was friends with the Chinese Ambassador. As soon as he called, the VC was asked to go directly to the Ambassador's house and it was evening time, and got a visa immediately...no need to go to Gerry's, no application, no fee, nothing.
