    Some attempts at answering:
    1. If you remember, Sadhguru did have a guru but not in this lifetime. He only knew him for a moment.
    2. Regarding traditions. Sadhguru had said he uses whatever works. Whenever an enlightened being appears his teaching and methods are given according to the era he is in.
    3. The perfect man/woman is the absolute balance between masculine (pingala) and feminine (Ida). Adiyoga has equal parts masculine and feminine in him.
    4. There many more rishis besides the saptarishis. When saptarishis is mentioned it refers to only those specific seven. Idk if you know this but I'll just mention it:
sapta (seven) + rishis (sages) = saptarishis (seven sages).
    More questions are welcome :)

Sadhguru is not a self taught guru... Hes got a sadhana which he practised for many life times... And he has a guru... The pinnacle of any kind of sadhana is advait ( to become one with the object of his attention). There is no such thing as self taught guru... Sadhguru never talk about advait because his approach is different, but in his talk you will find hes an advaitin... He has to be an advaitin... Any realised master is an advaitin... May be because they dont talk about it... Sadhguru emphasize on sadhana practise and realize yourself, otherwise peoples psycology is such that they cant understand which is not in the experience of people... Sadhguru is a perfect advaitin...

Sadhguru is not a self taught guru, he clearly comes from the yogic traditions but its just that he doesn't want to confine his teachings to any single tradition, yoga by itself is one of the darshanas (philosophies) among the six darshanas that are their in the Indian ancient philosophical systems.
Where just like vedanta, yoga is also a separate darshana by itself which was though first shown to the world by Lord Shiva (Adiyogi/Adiguru), it was first systematically later compiled by the Sage Patanjali as Patanjali Yoga Sutras.

Exactly, the ideal being is the one who is the embodiment of balance of masculine and feminine nature, the balance of yin and yang, the balance of Shiva and Shakti.
Also all different forms/traditions of knowledge of vedas, yoga etc comes from the same source which is Shiva, so yes all different systems and traditions of different gurus are linked to one another.

The root is called Sanatana Dharma also known as Hinduism. it has different paths like Shaivism, Shaktism, Vaishnavism, Vedanta, Buddhism, Jainism, Sikhism. all of these paths come from Rishis. Saptrishis are 1st seven rishis who are sons of Brahma the creator deity and 1st 7 desciple of Shiva. Brahma deity is manifestation of this universal consciousness who is one of the many brahmas who have manifested from multiversal body/consciousness called Vishnu. the multiverse is made up of Shakti pure energy she is mother of Vishnu/Narayan and Shiva is other side of Shakti. both are one nondual Brahman only but appears to have spit in different qualities of duality. consciousness is energy and energy is consciousness. shiva is shakti and shakti is shiva. in daulity(creation) they split without loosing the oneness/ nonduality in the background. this is kind of whole creation story in Sanatan dharma according to my understanding. it may improve as I grow.
