Go to your phones WiFi settings connect to the same wifi with which you are going to connect the dvr , click on the network, scroll down and you will find all information like ip address, subnet mask , dns .... , now check when the information is correct in your CCTV dvr and mobile if not change them ( even make sure your wifi router has internet access)

Sir.CP plus ka DVR he usne hard disk kharaab ho rahi he..3 hard disk kharb ho chuki he..hard disk bhi sevolance ki use kar raja hu..pls batay?
Check power supply and earthing or change your dvr.
Sir shop me cpu jab band hota hai online mode mobile par shut down hota hai, jab cpu on karte hai , to mobile par online view hote hai camera , solution. Kya hai thanks
