I really have to agree with that! I HAVE watched a several other channels once or twice that just DON'T compare! i've even seen other channels tour the SAME models that Chance has shown us - and CHANCE was just so much more worth watching and listening to! I even went back and watched Chance's tour of that same home again - while the other channels tour was fresh on my mind, and I just REALLY don't waste my time watching ANY of the other channels out there any more! Hi Chance another beautiful home. All these homes are fantastic but as nice as they are I still see little things I don't like. In this house all the walls in the living area seem like a maze and the wire shelving doesn't bother me but the way they cut some of the shelves short instead of butting them together in the corner. All in all another beautiful home. Thanks for sharing
Chance needs to buy this one! Just finish off the second floor with a small bathroom next to the stair well. That's it ... a giant carpeted space .... your son would have a blast up there! When the weather is bad he would have room to ride his tricycle .... or electric 4 wheeler :).

I love the symmetry on the outside. Everything matches,door right in the middle.That alone sold me that house. The inside is perfect! If I get a financial miracle, I will buy that house for my daughter & her younger kids.Another one for my granddaughter and her 3 babies.& one for my sister. Buy some land and line them up for the family.

Love the outside of this one. However, I didn’t like the kitchen being chopped up (pun intended). I feel like the flow isn’t smooth. Love the master bath. By far, not my favorite especially at this price point! As always, you make watching these videos fun, Chance!
Wow. They did a nice job on the house in general but dropped the ball with the master bedroom, closet and bathroom. Curb appeal great, I love porches. But, that cavernous living room was almost too open and no fireplace, and hardly anywhere to put an entertainment center. See you Thursday. I’m still in love with the King and Eddington! Lol

That big space upstairs would be perfect to hold my books. I have a small library. 1,600+ books. The other side can be a place for reading, playing video games or make a cool place for a little home theater complete with a little pop corn stand and a candy bar. Add a small refrigerator for drinks. I think it would be great. Big as it is, I bet you could turn it into 2 or 3 guest rooms.
Really like the vertical board & batten siding with the triple dormers. The windows in this place are awesome! Love the central kitchen location and the sink. Subway tile in the master bath is excellent.👍❗Wish it had a bigger pantry, I have a family of 4, that barely holds lunch. 😕 Thanks again Chance!
I love the houses you show. Mobile homes are not my favorite. I like the Modulars. I also, like the sinks attached from bottom. The sinks are much easier to clean. I love the Pantries!! Your welcome to say really as often as you like !! I’ve seen beautiful homes, without a word spoken. I only watch a few minutes of those. No wire closet shelves !!!!! Spend some time in NC please. Also, I have 4 kids so and open floor plan is a must for me!!! If I can’t see one of my kids then they will use that to get into or do something they aren’t supposed to!! Gotta keep an eye on them at all times lol
Nice home. When u showed a glimpse of the Bathroom, I figured it was going to be super small and not a great design. But I was surprised, It was layed out great and that Shower WoW. No it isnt the largest Bathroom, but had everything u need and layed out great. In my opinion

This home is really, really nice! I love the floors as well, and a pantry...not big, but at least there is one, right? The utility room, really, really nice! Nice bedrooms too and closets. Really, really, nice! Those toilet locks are something else! That good kids closet is an A+.... I love where the steps are located...not so in your face! I literally am purchasing this house. Thanks for this video. I couldn’t for the life of me find a modular home that was perfect but not too big or too small. I’ll be adding sliding doors to a deck a garage, and tub in master bath.
The first thing I noticed was the good size living room and the then the windows in a row, love all of the natural light. I like the idea of a carport leading to the side door. I would take out the back door and gain a little more storage space and put a sliding door in the place of a couple windows in the living room. Those extra bedrooms and closets are a big. This is a great home!
I liked this house, but it seemed like the closet in the master was small. Maybe I missed part of it, but I have more hanging clothes than would fit on that one small rod. And I’m a widow, so it’d be only my stuff. But you’re so funny, Chance! “Really, really” nice! You’re a great tour guide! 😊

The kitchen is all wonky! The refrigerator is almost in a hall, to far away from the main function of the kitchen and when you open the doors to the fridge, you would back up into a wall! Love ya Chance, love the tour , you’re doing a great job 👏
