Looks like mini bonsai is the new fad, I have a lot and hope it comes to America, property is so expensive, people have small houses and limited room for large traditional bonsai. But I love my mini trees and bonsaiQ has many videos promoting them.

I’m a bit confused. Is it ok to use kanuna soil for small pines? I mainly used akadama/kiryu so far…
土の選び方は環境により異なります。この場合は急な変化をさせないために元の土を加えています。

芽切り・芽かきって大事ですよね😊なぜここを取るのかの説明がとても分かりやすくて､食いついて観てしまいました😅ただ、一つ分からないのが芽の周りの古い葉?（長いの）は、黒松だから残すのですか？他の松も残す？バランス？😥一つづつ理解したいので教えて頂きたいです。全くの素人ですみません。
赤松も同じです。五葉松は一般的には芽切しないですね☺

do you often use kanuma for soil with black pines?
生産者で使う人はいますが少ないと思います。鹿沼土は根を解しやすいですからね。
