These taste and mouthwatering Cornish hens are easy and fast to be prepared. They are crispy outside and juicy inside and quick to prepare. These hens will become a family’s favorite, that is impressive and absolutely delicious!
they are perfect for any dinner table or just a light sank. This recipe can be used for any red meat or poultry and can be used for in the oven baking or grilling as well.
I created this delicious recipe Just few days ago, and after grilling the Cornish Hens I could not stop myself from eating. This marinade is complex and balance in taste. You should try it and find it has unbelievable and unforgettable taste.
What is Cornish Hen?
Cornish hens are a popular breed of chickens that hail from the English county of Cornwall. They are about 2 pounds as opposed to a regular chicken that weighs in at 4 or more pounds.
Cornish hens are fully matured at the smaller weight and the meat is super tender. They are often preferable to bigger birds because they are easier to prepare, and take less time to cook. You can often find them in the freezer near the frozen turkeys.
Ingredients:
2 X 24OZ Cornish hens
2 tbsp paprika
1 coriander seeds
3 tbsp sumac
1 tsp peppercorn
2 dried red challis
2 tsp salt
3 tbsp yogurt
2 red sweet peppers
10 cloves of garlic
1 lemon
½ red onion
small piece of ginger
6 OZ tomato juice
3 OZ olive oil

I hope you don't mind if I wright in English. As it is a bit easier for me to explain.
Cutting chicken is easy and should not take more than a few minutes.
Chicken should be cut from the joints. It is depended on the size as well.
The leg should be cut into two pieces.
You have to disregard the tip of the wing and you do not have to cut it anymore. Unless it is a bigger chicken.
Chicken breast should be cut into two pieces.
I save the chicken backbone, and the neck and make "chicken broth."
برش مرغ آسان است و نباید بیشتر از چند دقیقه طول بکشد.
مرغ باید از مفاصل بریده شود. به اندازه آن نیز بستگی دارد.
پا باید به دو قسمت بریده شود.
شما باید نوک بال را نادیده بگیرید و دیگر لازم نیست آن را ببرید. مگر اینکه مرغ بزرگتر باشد.
سینه مرغ باید به دو قسمت تقسیم شود.
من ستون فقرات مرغ و گردن را ذخیره می کنم و "آب مرغ" درست می کنم.
