Thank you for the video. When you got to Pier 88, i saw a line of people with suitcases waiting in line. Did you have to wait in that line before taking the elevator to the 2nd floor? Thank you. 😊
No the line was to take the elevator. Depends on the time you get there, there may be lines to check in you suitcase to they can bring it to the ship. But the line for me was just for the elevator. Thanks for watching!
We're sailing on 9/23. Using Amtrak from Baltimore. Is this a reasonable walk from the train station with luggage ? I was anticipating paying for a taxi. TIA
Yes it is. It’s a walk from 7th Ave to 12th Ave. There’s also a city bus you can take. We only had carry on luggage’s so it’s wasn’t a bad walk for us. U can also catch a cab from the train station. It's a t block walk but those are 5 city blocks. U might not want to deal with the pulling of luggage with a busy street. And at least the cab will let u off right there
