U can put a bigger rear sprocket, but it will lessen the top speed. Though it can haul both of u. If ur goal is to use this bike with a pillion, accept the fact that this is a slow scooter.

How is your experience with the custom fat tyres. Do they feel heavy in front in long rides or any performance issues in long term use ?
Handling didnt change. But it affected fuel consumption. It consumes a little bit more than the stock tires

The stock headlight is not that bright.
You can put some auxiliary lights to it.

Yes, in india we have allow wheels and tubeless tyres but never saw tubeless tyres in tvs Xl100 ! Although , allow wheels are available in tvsxl100
