How did you and others get pictures? Did they have a photo package or did you take your phone/camera?
How long did the actual climb up the falls take? I booked it for when we go in July but now I’m getting nervous that I won’t be able to do it.
The hike itself took about an hour- but let me add that I hate hiking and this was different! The water keeps you cool. Once you’re done with the part where you have to hold hands you can pace yourself a bit. It’s worth doing!

They were charged to our room which had our card linked to it! Super easy.

Thanks for this review! Me and the wife are going to the new sandals ocho rios in august and I’m trying to talk her into going to the falls. She heard a lot of bad things about Jamaica not being safe and doesn’t want to leave the resort. How do you hire a personal driver for the day? Through the hotel or find one at the airport? Also how far will they drive?
We hired through the resort! We booked the specific excursion we wanted and opted for a private ride vs shared shuttle. Same price either way and we combined two excursions into one with the falls and shopping. Not sure how far they will go but I’m sure they’ll take you anywhere you want, you’ll just pay per excursion.

they have amazing pizza on the resort
Husband loves Pizza Hut and we don’t have one anywhere near us at home. I know it’s silly but when we are near one he gets it!
