I'm afraid that's not possible. This app is way trickier to port for non-Samsung phones. Even if gets ported, it will not work properly without root.

Bhai wo wala thoda tricky hai. Actually Samsung dialer ko properly work karne ke liye kuchh zaruri files system mein integrated hoti hain. Bina root ke aisa kar pana kafi mushkil hota hai. It's not possible at least for now. Sorry 😐

This is meant for any android that doesn't originally support Samsung apps. If you're Samsung user, get the official weather app from apkmirror.com
If doesn't work also, it says that the app is in conflict with another version, do you know what to do?
