I tip my hat to Lisa. She has been in this field for a good bit now, and she has made a huge impact on the field. She wouldn't be doing what she does for the team if she weren't great at her profession.
Keep on rocking it Lisa! You're awesome

She worked on the 48 car for a long time while Jimmie was driving it. . If you can meet Chad Knaus's standards, you can likely work for anybody. She's the real deal.

So she’s the one that writes on the tires? I have a few raced tires and I’ve wondered who writes which set they’re for

If you need an extra set of tires can you just clean the rubber off a set of scuffs and treat them like stickers or will they still race like scuffs? 🤔

They won't be like sticker tires because they have been heat cycled. In some circumstances, depending on how many laps are on them, that may be just fine for use again during the race if REALLY needed. In most cases though they simply won't be as fast as stickers or 1-2 lap scuffs.

@@richardhertz8996 makes sense.... On the surface just scraping all the build up off would lead someone to believe they could be good as new but when you account for surface wear/imperfections and the molecular changes from a heat cycle I can see where they wouldn't be as fast as stickers or scruffs from say qualifying or practice etc... still... If you have a 3 lap shoot out at the end of the race, you're on old tires, and have no stickers left, I could see the benefit in having a clean up used set already set and ready to go... (At least in theory) 😂
