Its trying to say "Half" because Halloween is 6 months away because there are 12 months in a year and half of that would be 6. Halloween is also celebrated in October, which is month 10. So if this was premiered in May this year, thats month 5, so it's half of October. That was complicated explaining that to you, but it's true.
it's nickelodeon trying to be clever by saying it's "halfway" to halloween (6 months away at the time of the airing). which isnt really all that clever it's just silly. watched the how to rock halfoween episode and it was ok. icarly on the other hand? suckkkkkkkkksssssssss......
