A question should arise where we should use the useEffect hook in general ??
The answer to which is basically when you want sommething to run at a particular instance of time , basically when you make API calls you can use useEffect hook !!

It would have been better if you explained why we saw an "unmount" log at every refresh of the page, many beginners are unaware of it. But good work with the counter unmount though..

12:00 applied console.log("re-rendering") and then.
after updation(click on INC button), re-rendering(initialization) -> unmounting --> mounting
this cycle is taking place. any idea why?

You need to remove strictmode wrapper from the main.tsx, or else you can do it like that:
