Hey I toughed out like 3 of those suckers, he should've been able to handle at least the one 😂
That fight had me pumped. I loved how Menolias acknowledged mid-fight it was the hardest he had to push himself ever, it made it all the more epic.
I love how these bosses make you feel like an actual nobody fighting actual mythical heroes

I mean, Sargon has some powers, but the other immortals seem on a whole different league when compared to him@@Croyles
@jacopoarmini7889 I think sargons powers are more technical. Not as crazy powerful as the other immortals, but dimension slash thing and the teleport back to earlier place thing help create pressure if used smartly. Also, sargon just seems more naturally skilled then the others.

I love how these bosses made me hate the game... Even rookie difficulty needs multiple deaths...

Same, until I learned that in his second phase, all you have to do is stand still, jump and perry. If you chase him he goes crazy, if you stand still he's more tame.
@@JustJeff777 if you use the teleport mechanic you can easily chase him
The issue I’m having is he won’t stand still. I rarely get hit but I can also rarely get a hit in cause he jumps around like a kid in a candy shop
@@Chadius_Thundercock When he jumps to shoot the curve shot you can teleport back to that center spot and chase him!

This dude whooped my azz for an hour the first time i fought him. It was pain until i realized his bs counter attacks werent random. Then I was able to avoid them and finally beat him.
I barely defeated Orod and 5 minutes later...THIS!
One of the more difficult fights. I had to rely on the laser amulet and Shadow of the Simurgh for a lot of it since Menolias was so agile he kept dodging most of my other attacks.
The ending cutscene glitched out on me and never actually played. Menolias just slowly floated to the edge of the arena and stayed there up against the purple barrier.
After several seconds the new ability unlocked. I'm not even sure I got a chance to pick up the Athra Surge after, I'll have to check.
Happened to me too but I didn't get the ability so now I can't complete the game cause you need it
I just got to this part of the game. Third time trying the fight after getting past the cut scene “I’ve never had to push myself this hard”.
And then on the last time during the cut scene I used a potion and for some reason the game glitched and the fight was over.
No reward, no cut scene, just an empty arena and the doors were open.

As much as i love the boss fights i thought it was weird how quickly they turned on us
i used the void blade amulet for this fight. made it a lot easier.

I recently beat him and here's my tought on the fight :
While he is a good boss, I think he is one of the weaker ones in the game, mainly because of his first phase, because the second you get close him he is like "nope" and jumps to the other side of the arena, and it just drags on for no valid reasons because of this. Hoppefully, once he get to the second phase, things get much better, mainlly because of his parriable punches, which are very satifying to parry. Also speaking of the punches, the scenes that play when you get hit by them just look like Street Fighter mooves and I love it, even if they disable a portion of your health for a while. Lastly the music during the fight is awesome, especially during the second phase, it amplifies the intensity of the situation as Menolias and Sargon both don't want to fight each other, but they have to, as for Menolias, Sargon is a traitor, and for Sargon, he's fighting his friend to defend himself as he's not the one that killed Ghassan.
In conclusion, while he is one of the weaker ones in the game, Menolias is still a good boss whith his good gameplay, great storytelling, and awesome music and cinematography.

you should play this game with persian dub and english sub in that case the experiance of you from this game would be something so much better than before 🎉🎉

Am I the only one who thinks this fight is actually the most atrocious shit I’ve ever seen in a video game?? I swear all he does is run and spam its literally so horrible
This wasn't so hard, i played the game with a lot of exploration done and gathered a lot of life, upgraded my swords and bow and i was using fully upgraded amulets. If you think this is atrocious play Evil West, the last boss is a total haos.
@@AexoeroV Idk I just find it odd that I 100% hollow knight and blasphemous and I didn’t have near the amount of trouble with anything in those games like I did this fight 🤦♂️
@@CavalystPlays i didn't played yet Hollow Knight or Blasphemous but i loved the Ori games. And i really enjoy POP Lost Crown, its been now a long time since i played a game with so much pleasure, I'm tired of all those open world games.
@@AexoeroV like I really loved the game but I just felt like some of the bosses were just stupidly unfair but yet HK and Blasphemous are apparently supposed to be way harder so that’s why I found it odd that I had as much trouble as I did

He just spam and jump like crazy. All the other boss (still haven't finished btw) where challenging sure but very fun except this bastard.

Well if lip synch is what you're looking for in a game - don't play it. No one makes you.
Vague lip syncing can work with every language really. They didn't have a AAA budget .
