I wouldn't say best. he's a great virtuoso who brought several technique devices from traditional balkan clarinet school. great, great respect... but best is another thing (and I don't know if exists... anyway I prefer other musicians both as classical clarinet players and as non classicl players) - and this piece, musically speaking is completely ... ehm... uninteresting...
