I’ve watched all 20 so far on the drive back to Florida from Michigan. I’m currently in Georgia with six hours left to my drive! I’m so glad I’m finally getting caught up but I wish I knew about the laundromat sooner because I would have stopped by when I went through Ohio. I have been absolutely enjoying this long road trip just because all these videos are allowing me to relive my childhood. Thank you!

Since you asked, today was my day off I was just in bed tired until i remembered about what you said to do something productive. So I ended up going out with one of my closest friends. Went to go play pool, had a few drinks then got home and played with my dogs outside. Your videos do help!

I feel the um is your brain trying to find itself in the tracks of your words. The slower you talk the easier it is to overcome the ums because its easier to think out your next statement. The challenge i put myself through today was running a zero turn at work in 85 degrees in the baking sun for 4 hours in sweats and a sweatshirt. Havent worked in these temperatures in long sleeves and pants in a minute, but i pushed through and didnt slow down for anything. Thank you for motivating me each day. This new channel means a lot. Kinda achieved the opposite of a cold plung lol
The hardest thing recently was putting my health first and making the heartbreaking decision to quit my job. I'm working through it day by day and working on my health. Eyesight isn't good in my left eye due to a tumor. Not going to give a full detail thing about it, but Meningioma is what I have, but yeah, it's causing other health issues and I wasn't able to keep my job due to migraines and dizzy spells from hell. The good news is I'm taking more steps towards fully accepting this is my life and just grateful every day, to be alive. I'm also grateful for your videos to give me strength and it's why I love that I have some of your guys' merch as well. Thank you for your positivity and dedication to help others, to lift everyone up. Thank you, you and your family are truly a blessing. Thank you!

In high school I took a public speaking class. During one part of the semester our teacher brought out a bell and gave it to a student and that student got to ding that bell any time the speaker said "Uh, or um." Maybe get a bell and have your family ding it anytime they hear someone say um. lol. I loved being the one to get to ring the bell. Felt like I would get in trouble any time I rang it for some reason but it was a lot of fun. Side Note: I would love to be able to do a cold plunge and make it a daily thing. Roman you have always been a huge inspiration to me. I have been struggling so badly with my weight this past year and in finding the motivation/courage to going back to the gym or just do weights at home and or go on walks too. I have been so much more active this past weekend than I have in awhile and I feel great. Why do we forget how good we feel after being outside and getting the activity that our bodies need?
