It's great that these big named hotels are starting to offer lots of vegan options. Looked like a clean and very nice hotel room. I'm so glad you guys enjoyed your visit to Birmingham, and got great customer service. I was feeling a bit meh, this morning too 😂, but burnt it off with another 3 hrs down the allotment. Looking forward to seeing the final vlog 👍.
Glad you enjoyed your stay in the premier Inn, love your jumper Paul I'm terrible if I see hairs lol I have a phobia especially in the bathroom. Looking forward to your next vlog guys xxx
@@ThoseVeganGuys now I think about it I do remember there being a help yourself area in reception of some Premier Inn I've stayed at but there's been a couple that didn't for some reason but the staff were happy to give more when I asked. Hope you enjoyed Birmingham
Nice one. I've stayed in dozens of different Premier Inns and they all follow exactly the same blueprint (right down to the room decor), so hopefully the vegan options will be in all locations
I would mega love for you to do more vegan travel vlogs, including food reviews - I often go to different random towns in the UK looking for interesting vegan cafes and shops
Question... did you have to specifically ask them to cook some vegan sausage and bacon for you? I had a premier inn breakfast this morning and the vegan items were not part of the main buffet, I had to ask specifically. On one hand, it reduces waste, but it is also means that fewer people will try the items out of curiosity, and plenty of people will be unaware that they are an option because there was no physical sign at the buffet to indicate that vegan sausage/bacon were available. We should be mentioning stuff like this in reviews of premier inn, because they can be doing more to normalise vegan food and make it easy for everybody to access. Thoughts?
Answer. Watch again maybe? We clearly state that we had to ask for the items, which are also clearly listed on the breakfast menu, (also shown) in every room. Its only the vegan Bacon and sausage you have to ask for, hash brown's, beans, tomatoes etc are all vegan and all out.
@@ThoseVeganGuys okay, I thought it was slightly ambiguous in the video, sorry! In my premier Inn, there was no breakfast menu listed in the room or in the restaurant... I only knew from checking online and from your video. It would be nice if they had a clear "vegan bacon/sausage available" sign in the breakfast room next to the buffet
Sunny Manchester 🤣 love that you brought your own milk. I look for a clean bed when I travel too...just in case, I feel like these days you have to. Loving the videos guys x What a nice thing to go out and do before Christmas arrives.
Ooo!! I do love a premier inn! Haven’t stayed there since the vegan breakfast was introduced, it looks great!! It’s so nice to see good vegan offerings 😊 sad that they don’t offer non-dairy milk in the rooms though 😢 (I’m with Jason - I always strip the bed and inspect the bath for pubes!!) I stay in premier inn for work so it’s great to see that it’s now vegan friendly! Thanks for sharing guys!!
Hiya love. Was gorgeous seeing you two last night and having a hug. X Someone commented earlier that if you ask for vegan milk for your room they give you some. X
Fun shoes, Paul. We don't often get to see your shoes; we see Gemini's shoes , but not yours. I really wish Organizations wouldn't buy stuff from nestle, Which is a little difficult, since they own everything, nearly. I love baked beans or bbq beans as they say where I come from. When I found out that many in England eat them as a part of breakfast with toast, I was ecstatic. Why had I not thought of that on my own? BBQ beans with tofu scramble, with various modes of taters, with toast... It is now normal at my place, and kid grew up with it.
The shoes are from koifootwear.com, fully vegan company and gorgeous shoes. That meal is a regular here too but with added bits as our brinner. Love it. X
@@ThoseVeganGuys I know of koi. Cool. I have gotten a few pairs of shoes from Will's of London. Currently looking for a work/ military boot that is actually really tough. I don't like docs but found solavair/ gripfast. And they are looking to be the best choice so far. I really want one of 2 styles that apparently no one yet makes. One is what's called a smoke jumper's boot. They are so far only leather because of high temperatures of walking through burning brush; the leather won't melt and harm the wearer, I like this style because it looks like a boot Esmerelda, granny Weatherwax, would wear. She likes a sturdy pair of boots. The other is a vegan version of Corcoran's paratrooper boots from a while ago. I don't know why it is so difficult to find a version of these styles and it looks like I once again will have to go with the next best thing, hence, the Solavair/ gripfast, choice. They are expensive, for me. Very. So I need to be sure.
Have you thought of buying the boots second hand? I look for preowned but new boots online at local adds or vinted. You wouldn’t believe how many people buy shoes just to sell them for a bargain! It is so mich more ecofriendly than shopping at fast fashion places like Primark, Asos and what‘s their names....
Is it just me or is that not really expensive? I thought Premier Inns were more affordable than that. I would say £120 would be the sort of price to be paying for a chain hotel? I don't know, maybe hotel prices have sky rocketed like everything else
@@beckgrooveside8863 we think it was the date, as they were booked solid hence the adapted room. The room alone was 179. Yeah a bit pricey. We got a quote for two nights on a random Dec day just to try and two nights was less than we paid for one. Same hotel.
The price was £197 ?!? .. Wow . Often when there's events in cities they hike prices but I've never heard it being that much. The wife aka Mrs boss aka the accountant and travel director finds us a deal at some point lol. She's good at that. Nice to see the travel vlog and Jason , music on point again
We do like premier and Travelodge rooms, primarily because of accessibility. I need a fully accessible room and they are both excellent for that. But premier will win every time for their vegan options.

We love a Prem Inn and really enjoy you guys showing us around because we are nosey and we luv yas!
😁♥️♥️♥️
I've stayed at several Premier Inn and if you ask at reception they will give you non dairy milk and more tea/coffee aswell
You don't have to ask for more tea, coffee or sugar. Massive tray of them just sat in reception. Good to know you can ask for milk.

If you guys ever come up to Newcastle a cafe called supernatural is a great place for a vegan meal cake or even a hot chocolate 😋
I like the PI brekkie, I feel like a little piggie as I always get 2 and 2, I agree sometimes overcooked, but I can live with that, and the beds 😍
Love a Premier Inn. Tbh I rarely have the breakfast when I stay there but great to see there’s some good vegan options
They do a vegan porridge as well, it is usually so tasty
