So, great video and I appreciate the thoroughness of your instructions. I do however have a problem.. the ptfe bowden tube that finally came out of the throat has an outside diameter of 3mm, I checked another new throat I have and it is the same.. 3mm. The capricorn that I have has an outside diameter of approximately 3.95 mm. It don't fit. grrr.. this non standard stuff that JG has done is really getting frustrating.. I am going to put in the PTFE from the new throat but man this is frustrating.. Then just now checking Capricorn web site.. "" We now also offer an XS series "Heat Break Liner," which is 2.0mm by 3.0mm in diameter.. "" Seems like that's the ticket.. but how much is that going to cost to ship.. lol..

You have no idea the amount of stress you just took off my shoulders.
My printer all the sudden started failing after a month of hardcore printing. Turns out, many moons ago, I had pushed out this section of tube with a clog by accident, and didn't know it existed, so I never put one back in. There was just and antechamber of molten mess causing problems, and I couldn't figure it out for the life of me.

I was having pretty major problems with what I thought was extrusion issues but ended up being a clogged nozzle that no matter what I did I could not get it to permanently unclog. This is what I did to fix it permanently!
This fix works for the A3S, A5, A5S, and A1 because it is the same hot end.

Thank you for this video !! But I have a problem... I can not remove the old PTFE tube !! When I try with 2.5 Allen wrench (euro size), I go completely through it, THe next size is 3 and it is too big... what is the size you use , so I can find the equivalent diameter ? Thanks

What temperature did you bring your hot end up to? And the video I mentioned bringing it up the highest it will go which for me is 260C. This should make it very easy to push it through the bottom as shown in the video.

hello, I never tried to move there. Very good your video. From what I saw, you have a different firmware than the original JG Aurora. where do I find this firmware?
