Universities with majority of Arab students in Dubai are HCT, ZU, and EAU, etc. Universities with mixed nationalities are AUD (expensive), AUE, CUD, etc. But one IMPORTANT thing is to check if the university is internationally RECOGNISED. You don't want to waste your time and money.... because we got some universities/colleges in Dubai that are not internationally recognized.
From the universities above, the best and strongest choice for you will be american university in sharjah and dubai, because students from many nationalities study there. University of Sharjah also has students from everywhere, but Arab students are more than non-Arabs, but everything there is in english and most Arab students are fluent in english, especially engineering students, but if this bothers you, make sure to have a Filipino friend studying with you, but I don't think it's a big issue.
