it is definitely not easy, i wasted 2-3 sheets of paper for this and still couldnt make onei had to make it with a different video

This person doesn’t seem to have much experience in instructing others. The white/white paper was the first clue, then the folds hidden by the hands. Not to mention the choice of stress-inducing band marches
Just start out small on understanding stuff plz
