All these bands over here like "Let's go for more mainstream appeal" and Hands Like Houses be like "Yeah, I think we need to go heavier". Love these guys!
FamousLastWords they're not really heavy at all
Chancelor way heavier than they were a few years ago.
It's kinda weird the way their sound has evolved... everything about them is heavier except the drums which makes this feel more like mainstream rock instead.
Like, back on Ground Dweller they had like no harsh vocals and almost no chuggy/djenty parts but TONS of double kick rhythms and fast fills; it made the pacing of that record almost perfect because of the percussion driving each song forward. It isn't that their new stuff is boring, just feels a lot slower and less technical in many ways.

Animals had a pretty chuggy feel though. Plus that scattered ass song structure, I will definitely miss, especially with the keyboard interludes which aren't at all prevalent anymore.
The main reason I went to Warped Tour was to see Hands Like Houses. I took my little (17 year old) brother to his first Warped and he wanted to see them front row, so we got front row. thank you guys for being so awesome, and having an awesome meet and greet. You made that kid's life, he actually cried. Thank you!!! HLH for life

Benji Fox he was the screamer of the band when they first started and then decided not to go the clean vocals/ dirty vocals route. RUclips him doing caraphernelia with pierce the veil.

I do like this new material but are you guys planning on going on this much heavier route for the majority of the next record?

I met Alex on Warped Tour this year, such an amazing person . I love these guys so much, I'm glad I got a chance to see them live twice in a week .

an unclean vocalist is someone that does "screaming" vocals instead of the melodic singing (I really think Trenton is capable of both on his own in my opinion!)
