I’ve been saying they were better before they traded holiday and got dame. They were the #1 seed. It was just unfortunate Jimmy butler and the heat were on a mission and completely steam rolled them. The pressure of success is so Much more severe in today’s NBA, with the frequency of trade requests. I think Giannis should stay a buck and let the front office prepare and work some magic. They have shown they can make a trade happen more than once. Maybe they should look to trade Kris and Brooke before their values are tarnished for some depth and defence
Trade requests will become a thing of the past. The new cap & second apron stuff is designed to place the power back into the hands of the owners, where it belongs . That whole “player empowerment” movement was a flash in the pan
@@TheNinthHeart well they are getting paid a lot more relative to inflation these days. It's not like they're losing crazy money. They just won't be getting paid more relative to inflation anymore.
If OKC wanted Giannis, they can outbid anyone. Otherwise, I could easily see a bidding war between the Spurs, Nets, Jazz, Rockets, Raptors, and Kings. The Spurs especially I think would be the most interesting team. It looks like De’Aaron Fox might also be on the trade market soon or a full free agent if if a team who has the cap space to pull that off like Brooklyn did, those two should easily be the greatest transition offence in NBA history. Not sure any teams but the Kings would realize that though. I’d love if Giannis was added to the Raptors but I think they’d still be a move or two away from contention with the roster. Trading for Andrew Nembhard or drafting Nolan Traore, Rocco Zikarsky, or Khaman Maluach would probably be enough. Basically, I think they’d still need a better point guard and to improve spacing, both at the guard positions and at center. That definitely needs to include rearranging the center position though.
Honestly how things happen I could see nets picking ace bailey or Harper both from Jersey .. but nets need everything but maybe a center so who knows. But I don’t think Flagg is a lebron or wemby type pick. This draft so deep n there’s alot of great young players who you guys haven’t seen yet ..
Getting Dame is the main issue. Dame is a scorer but 0 defense. Every PG that he guarded can easily scores against him. Changing their coach and getting ham is the 2nd issue.
The Heat and somehow someway, the Nets are landing spots for Giannis? 🤨 I’m a Nets fan and I know we’re supposed to be gunning for a top pick in the draft, but really Giannis, the Nets?
Age, no chemistry and no defense for all these guards that are torching them. Couple all this with the low draft capital....Giannis is gone in a yr or 2 I reckon🤔
Doc is terrible - but Giannis needs to be held accountable. No off season work with Dame, which we all know is what really needed to happen - they need to build chemistry. Dame clearly has better pick and roll chemistry with Lopez because a) Lopez will actually set a screen and b) Lopez is a roll threat and a shooting threat. The single action pick and roll is just dumb Giannis should set that high screen then roll to set a secondary screen on a weak side shooter then crash for boards - just something to switch his game up and keep the defense honest.
personally feel that this take is ridiculous. it's definitely been awful, but surely with damian and giannis when they get khris back those 3 alone with brook lopez can carry through a lot of games. i just think they are lazy and apathetic eta: we added defenders so the issue isn't personnel, it's buy in: giannis and dame have looked fine. they are both getting 30 a night so that's false. i see them running a lot of sets. brook has been great defensively. and great in the post. they've all just been bad from 3. you need to chill. doc has never been a bad regular season coach. he had a winning record and a lot of wins. blaming a statistically excellent regular season coach is asinine.

I mean they saw the Darvin Ham and Taurean Prince experience in LA and thought, i need me some of that! all next to a generational choker in Doc Rivers after trading away their best perimeter defender for a 34 y'o. nice
I’ve been saying they were better before they traded holiday and got dame. They were the #1 seed. It was just unfortunate Jimmy butler and the heat were on a mission and completely steam rolled them. Also coach bud just shit the bed at the end of game 4 then 5, which is a major reason they lost 4-1 in the first round of the playoffs. I’m a Heat fan btw, but I think the 2023 bucks should not have gone out sad like they did. Mostly buds fault. But yea that team was very good, should’ve ran it back imo. I just think they had a bad series
They need to trade brook Lopez or have him come off the bench and get a young physical guy down low
saying this only 4 games into the season when denver is 1-2, pacers are 1-3 and the knicks are 1-2 is silly. Dame is back to his old self and Trent looks like a good pickup. Brook has looked solid. Theres plenty of time left in the regular season. feels like everyone just wants to be quick to hate on the bucks
Edit: My bad. I forgot Threecone was a jinx. Thank you for saving my bucks.
I know you a bucks fan, but c’mon don’t be this delusional. Dame is definitely not his old self, I’m sorry you’re just lying to yourself if you saying that.
@@ItsTaken__are you joking…? He’s looked amazing overall
As a Bucks fan, that's insane levels of copium. There's no chance to improve under Doc Rivers and Darwin Ham.
I get that your trying to make yourself feel better but com on man you lost to the nets and the bulls. I’m sorry man it hurts to have a bad team but you gotta be real
Any team that trades in Ginannis must have two empty spots instead of one 😂😂😂
The pressure of success is so
Much more severe in today’s NBA, with the frequency of trade requests.
If 80 million in 2013 was like 107ish million today, then player wages are still outpacing inflation with the kind of contracts they are getting.
I’m a Nets fan and I know we’re supposed to be gunning for a top pick in the draft, but really Giannis, the Nets?
Age, no chemistry and no defense for all these guards that are torching them. Couple all this with the low draft capital....Giannis is gone in a yr or 2 I reckon🤔
Doc is terrible - but Giannis needs to be held accountable. No off season work with Dame, which we all know is what really needed to happen - they need to build chemistry. Dame clearly has better pick and roll chemistry with Lopez because a) Lopez will actually set a screen and b) Lopez is a roll threat and a shooting threat. The single action pick and roll is just dumb Giannis should set that high screen then roll to set a secondary screen on a weak side shooter then crash for boards - just something to switch his game up and keep the defense honest.
cant wait to wait until the finals to watch the celtics play an actual series (hopefully)
You should make a video on how Chris Paul birthed and then later saved the okc thunder
Bring back coach Bud or trade Giannis.
personally feel that this take is ridiculous.
it's definitely been awful, but surely with damian and giannis when they get khris back those 3 alone with brook lopez can carry through a lot of games.
i just think they are lazy and apathetic
eta: we added defenders so the issue isn't personnel, it's buy in:
giannis and dame have looked fine. they are both getting 30 a night so that's false. i see them running a lot of sets.
brook has been great defensively. and great in the post.
they've all just been bad from 3. you need to chill. doc has never been a bad regular season coach. he had a winning record and a lot of wins. blaming a statistically excellent regular season coach is asinine.
FO fired Bud. Giannis fired Griffin. Both chose Doc. Too many mistakes to survive.
Middleton is only going to make things worse.
Giannis' best years are already wasted.
Come here to uncle OKC Giannis, let's give you an upgrade big guy
so many good coaches were available to bucks at some point, nick nurse, monty williams, re hiring mike even. why the fuck they went with a random new guy and doc and darvin I don't know.
We have not run a real play. How can a team have dame and giannis and have negative structure
Bro give some time i know the bucks look terrible but give some time it hasn’t even been 10 game yes I know they lost to the Celtics, nets, and bulls but give some time they will start building chemistry I promise
it’s only 3 games into the season 😂😂😂
a duo of Doc and Darvin Scam will get you knowhere
Can OKC scoop up Giannis now?
They can literally trade for him easily..just imagining Chet and Giannis at the front court
It’s early but they have the worst coach in the league
they gonna lose next game against Memphis too, they cooked, I like some of their rookies and 2nd year guys, I'd say they should get a coach that can implement a system and start liquidating for the draft
LeGM might take em to the lakers
It’s been 4 games 😭
denver, knicks and pacers all have a losing record yet nothing is said about them.
@@djdjvega101 denver is in trouble too. but at least denver was good last year. the bigger frustration with the bucks is that we expected them to start to work out their issues from last year and they look way worse
Doc rivers is the coach.
@@djdjvega101Don't worry, Pacers fans are already discussing fireing the head coach and completely rebuilding the team 😔 a couple rough games and people are ready to jump ship...
@@djdjvega101what’re you talking about..?
Why didn’t they hire nick nurse ?
Like I said before the season started trade the whole team and start over😂can you imagine the great young talent you can get for the Greek freak❤ and package up the rest of them while they still have value 😮think of all the number 1 draft picks you can get for years to come 😉
Who would’ve guessed, bucks fans said they were contenders all off season 😹
I got a trade Bucks get Beal Nurkic and 2 first from Phonex and 2 first from Dallas Suns get Antetokounmpo and Portis and Dallas get Dunn and AJ Green
No
not my dame time :(
Guys, you all gotta chill. lmao. They started the season bad, they are 1-3. That's it. For now..
I understand your concern, but nahhh.
Giannis should request a trade and get out before the Bucks are irrelevant for the next dozen years or so.
Bucks have too good of general management to be irrelevant for that long.
Giannis to the nets?
Lol, the most inept coaching duo ever assembled!
They absolutely could have beaten the celtics??
New coach in a month
They got the worse coach and assistant coach in the league what ya expect lmao
Trade Dame and Middleton for a vape and the pink Arizona.. good return for that $95m
Bucks arent going to the Finals guaranteed!!!
Giannis is the problem he’s only good in blow out games he’s not able to get away with offensive fouls as much as Lebron so he’s useless in close games and the 4th quarter he really shouldn’t be considered a championship piece cause without catastrophic injuries in Brooklyn and historical choke jobs in phoenix he would be like t Mac in the playoffs
fire doc rivirs finally noooooow
It’s 4 games calm down 😭
It’s kinda been a trend for way more than just 4 games tho, we always hear “oh they were injured” and whatnot, but dame and giannis throughout the regular season literally played 73 games each, the sample we have is that they are cool offensively, but they’re old and slow footed defensively. It’s not a recipe for domination and contention even tho they have the players to do so it feels
@ I get it but acting like a teams season is over after 4 games is totally an overreaction
Im laughing at Dame rn😂 no chip time for you 😂
Doc should have retired after 2008
Time fire doc Rivera
doc should go bald already tbh
