Thanks a lot Andy. Was cracking when the mist lifted about halfway across as i was just paddling into it without really knowing where i was going. Was a relief when i could then see the far side 🤣🤣
Fantastic Stevie! A great wee watch!, really enjoyed your wee adventure. What a beautiful day and the loch in the morning looked beautiful. Those flies at the top looked crazy! At one point I thought you were going to loose it! Thanks for sharing mate and only 4 to go! Remember your belt next time! Paul
Thanks very much Paul. It was a great wee day and just sitting out in the middle of that loch when it was so still was something else. Yes very harsh lesson that, don't forget the belt with those trousers 😂😂
Great video as always Stevie. You show us Scotland at its very best. 4 to go..... so chuffed for you! But also don't want your Munro journey to end ☹️ Take care oot there Stevie.....
Magic steve, what a way to do they 2.😎👌 Seen that it's a long approach from Glen Dessary or kayak. Giving me food for thought. Been a while since I've kayaked...You pinching Murray music. 😉
Cheers Kev, aye it was cracking weather to do it that way . If you've got a kayak or can get one I'd recommend it 👍 I've no watched any of Murray's for wee while, you sure it's same music ?
@@summitwithstevie6934 Am no.😉 The music at the start he has used that, but the tune you used on the Munro summit, he has used loads. Have a deek at his videos and you'll hear it... Other people use it tae. Cause its free eh. 😉
Hi Dave , sorry for the late reply. www.walkhighlands.co.uk/fortwilliam/sgurr-mor.shtml If you go into the User Reports from that link then you'll see a few people have done it by kayak and in the first one from Mountain Love she has a map showing you the parking spot and area to set off from. It only takes a couple of minutes to walk down to the loch shore
No worries Stevie - Thanks for the info! got it figured out...just going to take the inflatable SIB and outboard now for quickness and (if we get a decent day) and launch from just over the bridge (nearest the shore for all the gear) then pick up a few of the guys where you set off from, Cheers again...Dave 👍👍
Another cracking video stevie. Have watched a fair few of your vids and realised i haven't commented before really enjoy the vids mate 👍 what u planning for your final munro? Cheers Rob
Thanks very much for watching and taking the time to comment. I wish i had more time to watch everything i wanna watch on RUclips but you can easily lose hours once you put it on 🤣🤣. The one up behind The Drovers at Loch Lomond, Beinn Chabhair
Brilliant mate 👏 what is your final munro ⛰? Some achievement and experience I’m guessing 😊 iv done 25 and seen parts of Scotland that i would never have seen without hiking these marvellous mountains ⛰ ⛰ ⛰
Hi David, I've now finished my Munros. Beinn Chabhair was my last one. Yes , I'm the same. Seen so many things I'd never have experienced without climbing hills
@@summitwithstevie6934 a great achievement you must feel a great sense of satisfaction very time consuming and expensive a great hobby though what’s next the Corbetts ? Some cracking Corbetts prefer some to some Munros i have done ⛰👌
@@davidcalder8210 ye it certainly can be expensive. I've been at it since 2006 though. Ye maybe the Corbetts but i think I'll just enjoy it now, more camps . So much choice now
