I drove 1400 miles from Texas to N.C. last May to hear Gary perform his first three albums, in their entirety, at Moogfest 2016. I am a 65 year old woman..and an ardent fan. I even got to kiss Gary in the lobby of our hotel, and say, "Thank You, for all the years, all the music, all the joy."

I was 14 in 1978 when I bought Gary's Pleasure Principle... it changed the way I viewed and listened to music Thank You Gary you were at least 2 decades ahead of all other musicians, You have my gratitude as a lover of Amazing Music such as yours.

the 1st concert i ever went to was Numan at the apollo in Glasgow 1980 (i was 9 years old and my dad took me and my older brother)
got to meet Gary after the gig and looking back he was really humble and shy even to my little 9 year old self :) (I still have the program that gary signed for me)
I still buy all of his albums
my brother is the real fanatic tho , he's got practically everything Numan ever released
(including all the shaped picture discs and stuff)

53 here, this album changed my view of music, so damn ahead of its time.

One of those albums that I can listen to over and over and over again. It changes every time, never gets old, it just evolves and I would not be the same person without Numan's music. The single biggest influence on who I am today. No one else (in my immediate circle) feel the same or get Numan, but since I was like 11-12 years old it's been him and me. Now I play him late at night or when I am working on a project, by myself. Gary's like that great friend who you love but no one else gets (but we get). I am 47, nothing has changed I still get goose bumps when I listen to things like Me or Tracks. Depending on how I am feeling this music can completely rewire my entire nervous system, I could cry, or I could dance or relax. Thank you Gary, your on my bucket list mate. "Please don't let them lie, Don't let them see me"

I love the fact that he is doing album concerts and embracing his older music which made him famous.

Ok I love today Gary Numan. When this rekkid came out I was a straight up metal head. And I loved this.
So it's on the road with all the passion ,metal and angst it deserves.

this man shaped my musical tastes,as a drummer i am now beginning to appreciate the longevity of his music, for me cars with trent reznor was the dogs, gary has a david bowie ability.reinventing himself without being stale, rockin his music, relevant to the now, haters,do one,you haven't lived.period,if it's good enough for today,it's good enough for our future generation.each to their own,me? nobody who can play, but i have been in the industry 40 yrs, time tells, only the few survive.
