Bluebell Railway is a half hour drive from me, love the place! It's great seeing you go there and loving it too! Also, at 11:00 my grandad is there! He's a lifelong rail enthusiast too.
That’s why I had some black boxes in some shots or cut a second or two off in the middle of shots. I need to find an engine painted like those in season 6 haha.
I'm glad you had a great time. I plan to visit the Bluebell Railway, Talyllyn Railway, Snowdon Mountain Railway and the Ffestiniog Railway at some point in the future. The ones I haven't mentioned are the Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway and the National Railway Museum as I have visited these when I was little.
Hello, the bluebell had two wagons painted as S C Ruffy throughout the years. The one which is still painted that way can be seen just part the tunnel ,on the ground ,at 15:13 in the video. The other truck which was used is now painted bright orange and was in the goods train at Horsted Keynes. Look like you made the most of exploring the UK on your trip👍
That’s an amazing video, how cool was that? I’ve been to the Bluebell Railway in East Sussex loads of times, and it’s one of my favourite heritage railways to visit in the UK. I first went to the Bluebell Railway when I was 10 years old back in 2009.
It’s a shame you didn’t get to see the recently finished replica of the LB&SCR H2 Atlantic class, “Beachy Head.” Perhaps you might get a chance to see that new-build Marsh Atlantic when you visit next time (if you can).
8:10 - All good bro, I did the same with Flying Scotsman last year, lol. With a couple exceptions, the Railway Series for one, I'm personally someone who humanizes all machines as feminine, regardless of name. A couple things to note: the BR Standard 4 Tank is the basis for Belle (sans water cannons, obviously) rather than Arthur, and 73082 Camelot is not an LMS design, but is instead a BR Standard 5 which was directly based on the Black Five. Also the engine you saw at Horsted Keynes wasn't the C class 592, but rather the similar looking O1 class 65.
i love steam train(makes me feels like 3rd yr old again just like you bc i saw all of my favorite engines like murdoch, but its sad to not see e4 classes bc they look like thomas)
Funnily enough 80151 is one of the last Standard 4s built at Brighton Works before it was demolished - the Bluebell wanted to save No.80154 as it was the last engine built at Brighton Works but were unable to.
We have a few! There not as a big as British ones but I've been to some. I live near the Niles Canyon Railway and there's also the famous one in Pennsylvania. Also there are so many narrow gauge railways like Roaring Camp near me and the Mt. Washington Cog Railway.
Also that ‘Wainwrigh’ 0-6-0 Class C reminds me of the Wainwright D Class SECR 4-4-0 (basically if Edward and Donald / Douglas were to based on the same railway but kept their wheel configuration’s) 😄
4:09 A friend who works on the bluebell has some pictures of S.C.Ruffey, and he’s hardly recognizable, even if you did see him you likely wouldn’t have known.
Ah so Camelot is a BR Standard 5, not like Henry's new design. Henry is a Stanier Black 5. The Standards were similar to the Black 5s but had more modcons to make the crew's life easier.
@@Thomas1Edward2Henry3 the black 5s were still Being built during the BR Era (their construction ended in 1951), but the standard 5s and the black 5s are not the same engines, the most noticable difference is the running board, the standard 5's running boards are much higher than the lms ones, also the standard 5 you talked about is the last member of it's class, I still like the video you made, so sorry if I'm Being bit of a nerd
That tunnel eh? Wasn’t that from the part in The Wind Of The Willows (1996) of when the prison guards got left hanging… 😂 because the coaches got uncoupled or something. But yeah T1E2H3 - Love your content, keep it up man!😄
0:15 I love trains also! 😊
8:28 No shame in being a kid again on a train!
Great video, dude!
Steam team for life bro kudos from America
You know it’s a good day when Thomas1Edward2Henry3 uploads
True bros telling facts
Lots of great footage of Stepney and all his friends! Also, I just noticed - congrats on reaching 60K subscribers, you deserve it!
8:40-8:50That joke of Stepney being driven through the walls is the best part, and it's definitely another railway to visit for my bucket list.

That was a wonderful video to watch about Steamies, the fact that the TTTE music was used gave me goose bumps with some laughs along the way.
Awesome bro love the vids plus I've started going to these railway's again and they are amazing
Be careful when your around very shiny stuff like the engines dude otherwise you might accidentally reveal your face in a reflection
Good call

@@Thomas1Edward2Henry3 well you did a pretty good job on it, be safe man ✌
@@Thomas1Edward2Henry3 You are really lucky T1E2H3. I wish I could go to the Bluebell Railway. So how's everything going?
@@Thomas1Edward2Henry3I hate to tell you this, but you’re face was revealed in Mechanical Sheds second Awdry Extravaganza 2024 video.
The bluebell railway?! I really wish I was there with you! Looking at sick locomotives and riding them.
“bluebells forever!”

"Too much trains. Deal with it. I don't care."
No problem, whatsoever. That's the whole reason why I clicked on the video.

Too many choo choos? Not enough.
Stepney killed me 😂
The Bluebell railway is fantastic. :)
Hope you had fun the bluebell railway is a great place! Only thing I'll point out is Fenchurch is now 72 & 592 C class is actually the O1 number 65.
The station joke caught me off guard 😂
Fun fact: captain baxter was also in muppets most wanted, being one of the few bluebell engines to have a big screen appearance
Great footage I saw a Caledonian sleeper carriage on the Severn Valley Railway last year.
Glad that you had a great time. I hope one day I visit there.
Seems fun! Said to be about 144 years old maybe even a few years older now. Stepney had a great cause and inspiration for it!
It’s a shame you didn’t get to see the recently finished replica of the LB&SCR H2 Atlantic class, “Beachy Head.”

Your so lucky to visit these railways
You see the Beachy Head replica on it's last few trials while you were there?
I remember when I saw fenchurch back in April for my birthday on the Severn Valley railway

13:09 that's actually the 01 class No: 65. 592 is currently out of service
Well played 😊
Wish we had heritage railways like this here in America! Would love to go here sometime.
I mean, technically there are old tourist railways

11:10 They did. These are probably leftovers that didn’t sell yet
80151 is actually Belle's class:-)

8:45 A Better View for Stepney
10:28 Camelot is a BR standard class 5, not an LMS one
Is that the same type only built after BR was created?

Oh how I wish I could ride steam engines like these.
Wow
