I know this isn't a scientific video or anything, but there's so much misinformation here. Being a biochemist, and somewhat of a fitness enthusiast, I've done extensive research on this stuff and urge you to do the same. First of all, there are no such "toxins" that your body needs to flush out that you need to drink water like that in the morning. Yes, water is a need for your body in general, but the misconception that eating certain foods flushes out toxins from your body is totally incorrect. Which is why those juice cleanses that people are doing can actually be more harmful than good. Second of all, unless you are intolerant to gluten or have celiac disease, cutting out gluten from your diet can actually be very bad for your health. As far as cutting out lactose from your diet, it is not really required for health reasons unless you're lactose intolerant. Also, paneer has lactose in it so you kind of elimintate the point of cutting milk from your diet anyways if you have paneer. Basically do your own research and don't follow anything someone says unless it's backed by science. P.S Obviously you should only eat when youre hungry and not eat if youre not hungry. But, research has shown that eating small meals frequently like every 2 hours speeds up your metabolism. Also there's no scientific or medical backing of your body turning "acidic" or "alkaline". Our bodys are very capable of maintaning homeostasis.

Lactose intolerant people can eat curd and paneer also cheese. When you turn milk to paneer or curd the lactose present turns into lactic acid which doesn't harm lactose intolerant people.

Rich- Almond milk, glutten- free products, brown rice, and green tea. Commoners- Cow's milk, wheat flour, refined flour, white rice, and milk-sugar tea. Some people who follow a normal diet without consuming any high maintenance products are also healthy and look as fit as them. Just skip the junk food, and make the right choices. I am sure being healthy is not expensive.

Manisha Reddy when you have a lot of water it makes you bloated (in my case at least) and coffee dehydrates you. Obviously when you don't drink water it shows on your face but if you apply like a brightening mask it pretty much fixes it :)
